With over 17 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector, Tracey believes that objectivity, collaboration and strategic thinking are keys to successful business.
As CEO of the Community Foundation of Northwestern Alberta, Tracey has grown the organization from $150,000 to over $7.6 million in assets. Tracey believes that philanthropy plays a significant role in the strength of a community. Her leadership skills and continued personal and professional development make her a key community builder and known resource, providing support and guidance to any organization in need.
Tracey is an active volunteer sitting on various boards, committees and associations that are working to build healthy and resilient communities. She is currently the Rotary International District Governor 2019/2020 for District 5370. Tracey not only promotes community involvement, volunteerism, and service above self but truly lives it.
Tracey’s diverse experience in building community capacity, her ability to advocate and passion for collaboration make her a powerful force leading change through the Community Foundation movement and beyond.
Family, friends and community is everything to Tracey. Tracey and her husband love traveling and exploring the world, hiking and capturing special moments with her camera lens.
Tracey has resided in the Grande Prairie area since 1990. She and her husband Vince, who many of you know as well, have four children. She loves life and actively encourages others to grow with opportunities versus challenge’s.
