Kara is the recipient of the 2000 Alberta Summer Games Fund and Swan City Rotary Club Community Service Above Self Fund.
This funding will be an immense help to the financial stresses associated with post-secondary studies. Especially in this whirlwind of a year, work opportunities have been limited, scarce, and non-existent for many students. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity presented by the generosity of the donors and this amazing foundation.
