Alyssa is attending Northwestern Polytechnic (formerly GPRC) and is studying Science. Alyssa received their funding from the Joseph F. Reder/Hansen Fund.
“With this funding I will be able to afford my textbooks as well as an improved laptop for the online
portions of my education. I am incredibly thankful as this award allows me to feel more financially secure as I enter my second year in my science program and continue on in hopes of getting into medical school. I appreciate all the support from the northwest region and look forward to pursuing a career in Alberta!”
